IMPORTANT - READ THIS BEFORE MAKING ONLINE RESERVATION!

As of January 1st, 2008 - WE HAVE ONLY NON-SMOKING ROOMS

1. We rent only to people 21 years of age or older.

2. The total given when making reservations online do not reflect any discounts. The price will be recalculated by our office staff as follows:

• Stays of seven days or more receive additional 10% off and $10.00 off for each Friday and Saturday night.

• Stays of three days or more receive $10.00 off for each Friday and Saturday night.

3. Total online reservation price includes tax (11.75%).

4. From June 10th through September 29th cottages are rented on a weekly basis from Sunday to Sunday only. Online reservations made for less than 7 nights in a cottage will be denied when processed by our office!

5. There is a 2 night minimum stay on weekends from April 1st till October 1st and 3 night minimum on major holidays (Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, New Years) 

6. We allow pets in cottages only. There is an $8.00/day pet fee Jan. 01 - Apr. 10 and Sept. 28 - Dec. 31.
